Good Times!

Howdy! I thought I had given up on this blog thing..but then I found myself searching for something to do on the computer other then bid on things on Ebay and look at "friends" on Facebook. I had a great weekend scrapbooking...I went with a girlfriend of mine to a Camp just outside of Edmonton and we scrapbooked ALL WEEKEND! No cooking, no dishes, no laundry, no kiddies...just ladies, cardstock, prepared meals, fabulous embellishments, and a whole lot of scrapbooking pages. I worked on "Vegas" pages from our first anniversary in 2006...I tried out some new stuff and I am soooo happy with the results...love the black pages, love everything about them really! The biggest thank you to my husband who spent the weekend with our 3 boys and lived to tell about it :)

Welcome to my world!

Hi there! Welcome to my world. I have been debating whether or not I should even attempt to start a blog…and now that I have began I am asking myself “what the heck are you doing?” I have no clue of the computer lingo on here…much less if what I am typing here will even make it on my page. Look at me…stepping out there, trying something new. This is new for me. I actually tried to create a blog at a different place (not going to mention any names here) and found it waaaaay too complicated...so here I am...trying this :)

What isn’t new for me is that this may prove to add to my procrastination of things that really need to get done….like laundry, changing poopie bums (OK, I will change it ASAP…don’t want to have to deal with that diaper rash!), cleaning the house, getting things “put away”, scrapbooking, reading my bible, being “Suzy Homemaker” (baking muffins/cookies/goodies for my oldest son’s lunch)…and so on…I am sure you know what I am talking about.

Both of the little boys are napping and our oldest son is at a birthday party. I am “supposed” to be organizing my scrapbook stuff for a weekend retreat I am going to next weekend…but here I am..creating a blog….oh my! The first of many procrastination posts!

Toodleoo!
